Claim Cashback on Real Nappies until June 2015

It's Real Nappy Week so what better time to investigate the benefits of ditching disposables and choosing a more sustainable and cheaper alternative.

Going real can save significant money for parents. Every year the average baby will use around 2000 nappies! With potty training happening around two and a half years of age, that is nearly 5,000 nappies per child.

Put another way, that is around £750-£900 spent on single use nappies per family. Real Nappies therefore represent potentially huge savings for families, especially in times of austerity.

Claim Cashback until June 2015

For all purchases of real nappies made before the 30th June 2015, parents can claim £25 back as a reward for helping Northamptonshire Waste Partnership reduce black bin waste.

* Purchases made after 30th June 2015 will not qualify for cashback and any applications are likely to be refused. The cashback scheme permenantly closes on 1st September 2015.

* Proof of purchase is required to confirm the total amount spent on nappies. Only purchases of real nappies, wraps, reusable boosters and liners are eligible.

Northamptonshire County Council's Real Nappy Cashback Incentive scheme has run for over a decade and has helped over 1000 parents make the switch to washable alternatives.
